At HapyTail, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because getting healthy, happy tails shouldn’t come with extra costs.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed with care in 1–3 business days before being handed off to our shipping partners. Once dispatched, your order will be on its way and you’ll receive tracking details.
During busy times (holidays, peak seasons), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. Please allow extra time for customs clearance on international orders.
Keep in mind that couriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during holidays or due to customs checks.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important that your shipping information is correct at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay processing or result in cancellation.
If we detect an issue with your address, our support team will reach out within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may have to cancel your order.
If you notice a mistake, email us at support@hapytail.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes after that window.
Delayed Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly, and we ship as fast as possible. Still, things like weather, customs delays, or courier issues can sometimes slow things down.
If this happens, we’ll work with the courier to help move things along — and keep you updated every step of the way. Please note that HapyTail is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@hapytail.com so we can assist you.
We recommend also filing a claim directly with the courier, as they may require additional details from you. In some cases, they may be able to locate or recover your package.
While lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the situation — and in some cases, we may be able to issue a replacement.
